Future Mindset Ltd is my coaching practice which I founded in 2018

After a ‘successful’ career, including founding, scaling and selling a top 10 UK market research agency, I wanted to concentrate more on what I love doing and what I was best at doing. 


I wanted to work directly with people to help bring positive change… plus have fun along the way. This is why I created Future Mindset.

I am 49 years old, born in Buckinghamshire and now live in West Sussex (England) with my wife, four lovely children, three cats and a dog called 'Cosmo'.


I have almost over 25 years senior working experience including a fast-track career through a variety of Marketing Agencies. I created my first business in 2004 (scaled up to be a top 10 UK agency) and sold in 2018. I have also co-authored two International Best Selling books

I embrace three core coaching themes which filter into the Coaching Space. These themes are led by the Coachee and they provide direction, focus and intention for each coaching session.

My coaching practice enables me to bring my own Philosophy, Approach and Style to my work. I coach the ‘whole person’ (or ‘whole team’) and I weave together Business and Life coaching.


My work is shaped around my Client’s unique blend of situation, perspectives, needs, personalities and desired outcomes. 

I am an Executive Coach with a strong professional alignment with the International Coaching Federation.


My coaching is reinforced with my MBA, plus over 25 years of senior level business experience (including 13 years as a CEO).
