ABOUT ME

I am an Executive Coach with a strong professional alignment with the International Coaching Federation. My coaching is reinforced with my MBA, plus 30 years of senior level business experience (including 13 years as a CEO).

I am 49 years old, born in Buckinghamshire and now live in West Sussex (England) with my wife, four lovely children, three cats, two guinea pigs and a dog called 'Cosmo'.

My career includes a fast-track path through a variety of Marketing Agencies. I created my first business in 2004 (sold in 2018). I have also co-authored two International Best Selling books, have an MBA plus a number of other professional certifications.

I have 30-years’ experience of working for a number of organisations (including 13 years as CEO). During this time I also founded a market research company which I scaled to become a top 10 UK agency, which I sold in 2018.

Selling my business enabled me to focus on myself, drive purposeful change and it allowed me to bring greater balance to my life. After the sale I created Future Mindset Ltd, my coaching practice so I could concentrate on what I loved doing and what I was great at doing.
