MASTERY is a retained service for Executives. This is for senior leaders who want a safe space to talk, need challenge and uncompromised ongoing support from a thinking partner who is always on their side.
Being a leader is lonely. With Mastery I will be by your side as your retained Coach, Thinking Partner, and Critical Friend.
Over a 12-month period I will be here to support you in your life and your business – whatever highs and lows get thrown in your path. Mastery is a powerful leadership tool which gives you further strength, broader divergent thinking and deeper self-awareness.
As a Mastery client sometimes you need to work with me through complex and confidential issues. You may need me to re-inject you with energy, positivity, or challenge. There will also be times you need to talk aloud to someone who is neutral, yet supportive to you.
No two sessions will be the same. We tailor your sessions around the issues, topics, challenges that you are facing. I also create a thinking space for broader personal and professional self-awareness.

Throughout the year you can access Support Time with me. This can be by phone, email, video calls (or a mixture) – you decide how and when you need this. I tailor my approach around you, and I am dynamic in how I serve you.
We do not pre-determine how we use our sessions, it is shaped around your needs/situation on the day, for example you may choose to:
• Explore of your feelings, mindset and beliefs
• Deep dive a strategic development for your business
• Focus on real situational examples, stories, issues, challenges, dynamics faced by you
• Explore materials, insights and documentation about you and your role
• Gain a deeper, richer understanding of yourself
• Deep dive into your own Personality or Psychometric insights
• Reflect to slow down to look back and look forward
• Emergent/open, organic & unstructured coaching space to allow you to safely explore
• Unpick shared insight/content for us to explore, examine and digest
