MASTERY is a retained service for Executives who need uncompromised support and want to invest in their own development.


For 12-months, I will be by your side as your retained Coach, Thinking Partner, and Critical Friend. I am here to serve YOU.

Being a leader is lonely. Over a 12 month period I will be here to support you in your life and your business – whatever highs and lows get thrown in your path. Mastery is a powerful leadership tool which gives you further strength, broader divergent thinking and deeper self-awareness. 

As a Mastery client sometimes you need to work with me through complex and confidential issues. You may need me to re-inject you with energy, positivity, or challenge. There will also be times you need to talk aloud to someone who is neutral, yet supportive to you.

No two sessions will be the same. We tailor your sessions around the issues, topics, challenges that you are facing. I also create a thinking space for broader personal and professional exploration. 

We can work a deeply commercial and strategic level, thus enabling you to safely and powerfully view your business (and life) from different perspectives. 

I listen deeply for the things you are not saying and I will critically challenge you and I am not frightened to ask you difficult and thought provoking questions.

Throughout the year you can access Support Time with me. This can be by phone, email, video calls (or a mixture) - you decide how and when you need this.

I tailor my approach around you, and I am dynamic in how I serve you. We do not pre-determine how we use our sessions, it is shaped around your needs/situation on the day, for example you may choose to:

• Focus on a specific outcome, challenge or issue you face

• Deep dive a strategic development for your business

• Purely be reflective and emergent coaching exploration

• Centered on self-awareness – selected from one of my Discovery Zones

• Emergent blue-sky ideation and exploration

• Unpick shared insight/content for us to explore, examine and digest

Throughout the year I will proactively share Insights, Articles and Book Recommendations for you to digest. Sometimes in a session we may explore thought-provoking topics, interesting concepts or disruptive ideas. Our relationship will evolve, but will always be underpinned by mutual trust, shared vulnerability and we will have fun along the way.
