Corporate coaching allows you to cost effectively, enable key employees to access powerful 1:1 coaching. In every engagement I fine-tune my Corporate coaching offer to optimise the impact for the Client and value for the Sponsor.

It all starts with an open conversation together. During this we explore your business, your people and your thoughts (or needs) in regard to your team’s development needs. I then share my thoughts and ideas on ways we can leverage coaching to achieve your desired outcomes.

If you decide to proceed, then we co-create the parameters for how the coaching space can be used and optimised. We will also agree the process for Client engagement, scheduling, communication and any ongoing administration (such as reporting, invoicing, etc). I will typically lead this process to make things as easy as possible for you (the Sponsor).

The Clients that I coach, always recognise the Sponsor’s personal/professional investment in them - they feel more valued and supported.

Corporate Clients vary in how they decide which employees are best to invest in their coaching. Some select a pool of people they consider to be Emerging Talent, whilst others select their whole Senior Leadership Team. Alternatively others embrace Senior New Starters to Role and others use to support Bespoke Employee Performance.

In Corporate coaching I often incorporate topics shared by the Sponsor (or shared by the Client), such as role expectations, 360° feedback, perceived development needs, job specs, objectives, etc.

In many instances I will actively encourage a Triad Connection Call. These calls enable the Client, the Sponsor and the Coach to be aligned with a shared understanding. We can openly agree areas of focus and boundaries between the three parties. This also means the Sponsor can maximise their investment and maximise impact. All coaching conversations between the Client and Coach are strictly confidential.

Corporate coaching sessions may take any (or all) of the following three approaches:

1 - DEVELOPMENTAL

These can either be a highly specific outcome-oriented coaching session, or it may be a broader developmental theme which is explored and evolved across a series of coaching sessions. These sessions can shaped by the Sponsor and/or the Client.

2 - EMERGENT

We openly discuss and reflect recent issues, challenges and achievements, or use themes provided by the Sponsor. Then we go deeper and break them down to explore, challenge and coach around emergent topics and themes to support the Client.

3 - DISCOVERY

Self-select from a diverse portfolio of Discovery Zone sessions - each one is designed to enable Client’s to access new levels of self-awareness. Personalised to allow a deeper understanding of themselves and the context of the world around them.

In addition to the individual performance improvement from each person being coached. The Clients that I coach, always recognise their Employer’s investment personally in them - they feel more valued, motivated and supported.
