DISCOVERY ZONES are a diverse portfolio of sessions, which have each been designed to be powerfully and personally tailored around you.

Each Discovery Zone enables Leaders to be able to access new levels self-awareness, plus a deeper understanding of themselves and the context of the world around them.

I listen deeply for the things you are not saying, enable you to see things differently and you will leave with deeper clarity on your thoughts.

FORMAT

Each Discovery Zone is a 60-minute Session

#1 - ZONE OF GENIUS

We dive deep into who you are, your strengths, weaknesses, motivations and hidden superpowers. We will weave the threads together and you will realise your impact. This is not a personality test. I will share back your Zone of Genius, so we can powerfully explore this further. 

#2 - ZONE OF ENERGY

We break down your priorities, explore time use, understand the resources around you and the barriers that get in your way. We will explore a fresh perspective of how to use the most valuable resource you have (your time and energy) in ways that serve you best.

#3 - ZONE OF POTENTIAL

We explore your personal perspective of success and of failure, before delving into your growth and development mindset. We will look back to the past, we will see the things that stand in your way and then we play with your motivations, future goals and impossible dreams.
