Many of my Intensity clients are sponsored by their employer. In these instances, I actively encourage a Triad Connection Call. These calls enable the Client, the Sponsor and the Coach to be aligned with a shared understanding. We can openly agree areas of focus and boundaries between the three parties. Also the Sponsor can feel reassured that they are optimising their investment for each person being coached.

All coaching conversations between the Client and Coach are strictly confidential.
