I am non-judgemental, I will ask you powerful questions and encourage your self-reflection. I will utilise my intuition and I listen deeply beyond your words. I will disrupt your thinking - to open up new possibilities for you.

We go head-first into the obstacles and boundaries that stand in your way. I will challenge your mindset, perceptions, negative automatic thoughts, habits, and unconscious bias. I will introduce tools, approaches, and techniques for you to be able to create meaningful and sustainable change.

I weave together Business and Life coaching. I coach the ‘whole person’ and not just the presenting situation. Sometimes I will take you backwards, in order to move forwards.
